Nataliya is a practicing clinician at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, treating patients of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses. She moved to the US from Ukraine in 1991, with a degree in physics from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Nataliya received her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Wellesley College and studied platelet signaling at Beth Israel Hospital. She later entered a field of drug discovery as a platelet biologist and immunologist and worked at Biogen IDEC and Merk. Then, she graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.

I am Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) since 2017. I received my Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2016 from Northeastern University in Boston. As a Registered Nurse, the majority of my past nursing experience is with women and children. In the realm of school nursing I have served children with special needs, first at the Cotting School in Lexington, then shared between Arlington School and Pathways Academy, both of McLean Hospital, becoming full time at Arlington School of McLean.

I am able to take self-pay clients. I draw on expertise as a Harvard Medical Professor and Researcher to recommend personalized evidence based care for mood, anxiety, attention and organizational challenges. I am an expert on ADHD, which I research at Massachusetts General Hospital. I draw on training in neuropsychiatry, cognitive behavioral therapy, dynamic psychotherapy, nutraceutical research, and, (more importantly) lessons taught by working with a few thousand clients. I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. My patient’s well-being, safety are of the upmost importance. My goal is to care for the community by providing a holistic approach that centered around medication management, emotional and spiritual well-being and meeting my clients where they are. Prior to obtaining a doctorate in nursing practice, I was a special educator for five years.

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, offering consultation, medication management and therapy in downtown Northampton. I care about what makes us unique, as well as what we have in common. My interests include anxiety disorders like panic and OCD, as well as people on the autism spectrum or with social or learning differences. Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

I utilize a comprehensive care model in a non judgmental environment to help my patients live a more fulfilling life. I coordinate with therapists, PCP and other health care providers to address all aspects of patient care along the lines of bio psychosocial models. I am empathic, caring and introspective.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 yrs of experience. I am a compassionate and skilled PMHNP with dual-board certifications in Family Medicine and Psychiatry. I obtained my BSN from the University of Massachusetts Boston. I then received a MSN specializing in family medicine from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. I earned a Post-Master’s Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Worcester Medical School. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse healthcare settings, including primary care, surgical, psychiatric, and within the VA healthcare system, where I dedicated my services to veterans.

Stephanie L. Weingard graduated from Florida International University, achieving a post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings over the past 8 years. She is also a United States Air Force Reservist and works providing mental health care to both active duty and reserve members.

Dr. Shailaja Emani is a board certified psychiatrist passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive, and evidence based psychiatric care. She has a wide variety of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across treatment settings and complexity levels.
