Mental illness transformed into mental health is my passion.
I provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management for patients of all ages, typically age 15+. I support and encourage all modalities of treatment, including exercise, diet and nutrition, holistic or naturopathic remedies, supplementation, therapy, adequate sleep, among others. Medication is one piece of the mental health puzzle.
