You can find joy! As an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults prescribing medication and providing therapy services. I provide traditional psychiatric services in conjunction with holistic and complementary approaches. I believe that medication may be necessary yet is only part of the healing process. I offer alternatives to medication and help people safely get off psychiatric meds. I frequently order genetic testing and lab tests to evaluate potential root causes to symptoms and medication response.

I assist my patients in finding balance to achieve emotional well-being. When treating patients I assess the whole person, his/her physical health, nutritional patterns, sleep and energy, social and spiritual relationships. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in treating youth who have Autism (ASD).

We all have a journey. Your journey may become so difficult you feel like giving up. As a parent it can be especially difficult to trust someone to help your child or teenager. We partner with parents and include parents in all aspects of treatment. We are here to help you and your family member.

We specialize in treating children, adolescents and young adults. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual and family therapy. We take a conservative medication approach, assessing nutrition, sleep, and physical health concerns, which includes lab tests. We have extensive experience working with youth who are experiencing mood swings, suicidal thoughts, school problems, and family conflicts. We treat children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems, including youth with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide family therapy and feel strongly family should be involved in all aspects of treatment.
