As a Master’s prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have been dedicated to behavioral health care since 2012. My experience includes working with individuals in crisis or facing significant life challenges. I pride myself on an empathic and genuine approach to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This includes addressing substance use, depression, anxiety, thought and memory issues, as well as child and adolescent mental health. I specialize in medication management for adults and older adults but am also prepared to work with teens involved in psychotherapeutic treatment. I particularly enjoy working with transitional-aged youth (18 to 25 years old), helping them navigate the shift from adolescence to adulthood.
