The medication might be doing something. It's not doing enough. Internally, something remains dysregulated. Mood could be better. Sleep is inconsistent. Cognitive sharpness fluctuates. The pattern hasn't resolved despite therapy, despite medication, despite effort. You've started asking a different question. Whether the evaluation was ever actually comprehensive. Whether something biological was missed before anyone reached for a prescription pad. That question is usually the right one. My assessment is structural, identifying what has been missed, what is driving the pattern, and what it actually requires to change.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist trained at CWRU, UT, & additional training from Yale. Integrative medicine training under Dr. Andrew Weil. This has allowed me to create a new health framework focused on alignment. Comprehensive psychiatric and biological evaluation for high-functioning adults whose symptoms haven't resolved with standard approaches.
