My therapeutic process is guided by encouraging self-empowerment and autonomy, alongside with providing patient education to assist in informed decision making. I strive to provide a holistic approach with my clients, taking into consideration the unique elements in their life that are barriers and strengths to improving their mental health. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
I treat a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, mood and psychotic disorders, substance use disorders and ADHD. I also strive to provide trauma informed care to those suffering from PTSD.
