I provide care to individuals in the Iowa City, Coralville, and surrounding rural areas who need psychiatric medication management services. I am passionate about mental health care access for the underserved and hope to provide a judgment-free treatment environment for everyone. I have experience with a wide range of psychiatric illnesses, including co-occurring substance use disorders and perinatal mental health.
I currently accept Wellmark insurance and have a reasonable self-pay rate for those who are uninsured or under-insured.
I am pending with all Iowa Medicaid MCOs.

I take into account an individual’s personal life factors when treatment planning, connecting patients to local resources, adjunctive treatments, and psychotherapists when needed. I am well-versed in available community resources.
I am a native Iowan, growing up in a rural farm community, and have called Iowa City home for the past 20+ years. I have worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2017, holding positions with the local community mental health center and in an academic medical center. I earned a bachelors, masters, and doctoral degree from the University of Iowa.
