While I do provide traditional medication management, I aim to offer holistic & integrative treatment options to help clients explore the WHOLE picture. The more we understand the cause of someone's symptoms, the better we can create an effective treatment plan.

When I'm not working at the hospital or clinic, you can find me outdoors exploring the SoCal deserts & beaches with my family, drinking a big cup of coffee and reading a book, or in my kitchen creating nourishing meals.
