I am board-certified to see all ages but my primary focus is to empower women on their wellness journey by offering a comfortable and casual setting for treatment. While I do provide traditional medication management, I aim to offer holistic & integrative treatment options to help clients explore the WHOLE picture.
When I'm not working at the hospital or clinic, you can find me outdoors exploring the SoCal deserts & beaches with my family, drinking a big cup of coffee and reading a book, or in my kitchen creating nourishing meals.
During our initial appointment we will start with brief introductions and then dive right into your individual needs and areas you'd like to address. We'll review your medical history and goals for treatment and spend time discussing the best options for you and your lifestyle.
I also specialize in reproductive psychiatry and work closely with those in the process of conceiving, throughout pregnancy, and postpartum in order to safely manage mental health needs during this critical time for both mom and baby.
