In our first few sessions, I'll listen to you intently and then we'll determine a path forward. Most of my clients start to feel better within a few months.
I specialize in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is well-suited to people who want to get to the root of long-term problems and patterns that continually crop up and get in the way of living a fulfilled life. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, sometimes I will recommend medications that I believe will help you to make best use of therapy.
