I'm double board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and specialize in helping teens, young adults and families who feel like nothing has worked find care that fits. If you're a young person overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or multiple diagnoses—or a parent who’s lost the joy in parenting—we can slow things down and focus on what matters most to you.

I became a psychiatrist to support healing at the root, not just treat symptoms. I provide integrative psychiatric care including trauma-informed individual and family therapy, parent coaching, medication management, mindfulness and lifestyle interventions tailored to your goals and values.

I offer a warm, thoughtful approach grounded in both clinical expertise and respect for your lived experience. Together, we create space for reflection, growth, and lasting change. I offer in-person care on Mount Desert Island at my office in Seal Harbor and telehealth throughout Maine. Opening to new patients in August 2025.
