I'm a double board-certified psychiatrist offering psychodynamic therapy, medication management, or both. I also offer individualized therapy intensives on Mount Desert Island, a four-day concentrated format for adults ready to go deeper. The people who find their way to me are often thoughtful and self-aware. They've tried treatment before and left feeling like something was missing. They're not looking for someone to hand them a diagnosis and a plan. They want to actually understand what's going on, to make sense of the patterns that have followed them and the experiences that shaped them in ways they're only beginning to name.

I work with individuals of all ages and life stages, as well as parents and families navigating disconnection, conflict, or uncertainty about how to move forward. I offer therapy, medication management and personalized 4-day therapy intensives. Private pay, superbills provided, Reimbursify available.

I offer in-person care on Mount Desert Island at my office in Seal Harbor and telehealth throughout Maine.
