I am a holistic psychiatrist (medical doctor) and psychotherapist seeing individuals and couples. My relationship with my clients is central to the process of healing; I have deep respect for the work of coming home to oneself. My style is warm, empathic, active, and engaging. I provide a safe space where we can understand and change patterns that no longer serve you, support you through life transitions, and help you reach your fullest potential in all aspects of life. I specialize in complex developmental trauma and EMDR and offer compassionate care for those who have previously struggled in therapy and in the medical system.
I create a customized treatment plan for you, considering your diet, (including possible deficiencies and sensitivities), movement/exercise, home environment, environmental exposures, work, cultural background, spirituality if applicable, relationships, creative outlets, and childhood adverse experiences. I offer medication if needed to support your goals.
