Lauren Devins, NP is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is dedicated to helping people who struggle with mental health concerns and will find a way for them to live a full and balanced life. She has vast experience and has specialized in Women's health including Post Partum, Infertility emotional support and other areas of maternal health. She also treats depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD and much more. Lauren's practice focuses on medication management. Typically she offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30 minute follow-up visits.
Lauren emphasizes a collaborative approach tailored to the individual needs of her patients to help them achieve their goals and realize their potential. She uses a holistic approach with a mix of medication management, cognitive behavioral and supportive psychotherapy, as well as coaching techniques and lifestyle modifications to optimize wellness.
