Hello! My name is Lauren, and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am based out of Bigfork, MT and offer both in person and telehealth visits. I have years of experience as an RN, and inpatient and outpatient psychiatric experience doing psychiatric assessments and medication management for patients ranging in age from 5 years to 95 years old. I like to take time to get to know my patients to figure out the basis of their mental health concerns. I offer a holistic approach to treatment which includes medication management and psychotherapy combined.
Larger mental health faciilties often make you feel like you are just a number, getting you in and out of your appointments quickly without digging deeper into your concerns. That is not how I practice. I get to the root of your symptoms, listen to your concerns, and collaborate as a team with you to figure out the best individualized treatment plan.
