Lauren specializes in medication management while taking a whole-person approach to care. Treatment may include evidence-based supplements, sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes. She also helps patients determine whether therapy fits their goals and identify the approach that best supports their progress.
Lauren has additional training in perinatal mental health and a special interest in women's mental health across the lifespan, including pregnancy, postpartum, PMDD, perimenopause, and the transition to motherhood. Outside of work, she's a mom of two, gardener, weightlifter, and dog lover.
