My primary focus is building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that taking the time to truly get to know each person is essential to making an accurate diagnosis and creating an effective, evidence-based treatment plan. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Depression, and Anxiety disorder. I have a subspecialty interest in adolescent mental health, I provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adults under 50.
I provide medication management for children and adults. In addition, I provide short-term solutions-driven therapy. I work to develop collaborative therapeutic alliances with my clients I believe that non-pharmacologic interventions such as therapy, exercise, and nutrition should be used in addition to medication to manage mental health symptoms.
