Telemed and in-person appointments are available. I am a board-certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner treating patients over lifespan, child, adolescent/teen, and adult. My treatment approach is evidence based and collaborative. I like to meet you where you are. Each person has their own unique needs and background and, that is where I start. By using medications and non-med options, my patients have a variety of treatment modalities to choose from. I am here to help guide you back to “the real you”.
I empower my clients to make treatment choices which are right for them, I will guide you through the medication options that are best for you. If you prefer to stay with "no medications", we will discuss the latest evidence based treatment options. Currently offering SPRAVATO (esketamine), TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation).
