Hello! I am a general psychiatrist serving adults of all ages on their journey to mental wellness. My whole-person approach to mental health integrates therapeutic interventions and medication management to provide the highest quality of care. I seek to connect with each patient on a human level, taking time to honor your lived experiences and working together to build a tailored plan to recovery.
I use a supportive style that considers your unique biology, psychology, culture, relationships, and stressors. I consider it an honor to serve as your psychiatrist and enjoy collaborating with therapists/PCPs. My special interests in include depression and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, psychotic disorders, and women’s mental health.
