I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of experience treating a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and insomnia. I strongly believe that healing begins with a trusting relationship, and I encourage my patients to be active participants in their care. I completed my Master's degree in Nursing at Walden University.

My background includes providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings for a variety of mental health issues. In addition to medication management, I utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and supportive therapy. I believe that focusing on your mental health is crucial.

I strive to provide empathetic care, balancing medications with other therapeutic techniques to best support my patients.
