I specialize in the Integrative Psychiatric treatment of Operator Syndrome and Traumatic Stress Injuries. My work also supports clients through moral injury, burnout, and transition from career to civilian life. My clients come from military and other government service as well as from public safety, aviation and healthcare careers. The unique requirements of each of these careers is understood and respected here.
I provide a culturally competent space for people with high speed lives to slow down, assess, and gain some control over the biological and psychological spiral of "Operator Syndrome". This constellation of symptoms related to chronic activation of the stress response impacts body, mind and spirit. Treatment requires a whole person, integrative approach.
I work from a Post Traumatic Growth, Resilience oriented philosophy. My treatment plans are individualized to optimize your brain and body's own innate drive to protect and heal.
