My ideal clients are individuals and families who are looking for clarity, stability, and support in managing their mental health. Many of the people I work with struggle with ongoing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or mood instability that interfere with daily life, relationships, or school and work performance. They may feel frustrated by symptoms they cannot fully manage on their own, or discouraged after trying strategies that have not worked. What they want most is a path forward—relief from symptoms, a sense of control, and the ability to thrive in their personal lives.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my specialty is in psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 and older since 2021. I focus on identifying the underlying source of symptoms and building treatment step by step, starting with the foundation and thoughtfully working upward.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to reach out for help, especially when symptoms have begun to affect your daily life or the well-being of your child.
