I’m Laura, a Board Certified Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Integrative Mental-Health provider based in Florida. I work primarily with adults with depression, anxiety, and OCD. Additionally, I have professional and personal experience working with and caring for neurodivergent individuals.
I have been working in the field of psychiatry for 11 years. I offer a patient-centered, holistic approach to psychiatry, taking into account the person’s mind, body, soul, and community. My goal is to not only alleviate suffering but also provide my patients with a sense of agency that promotes resilience.
I utilize evidence-based approaches in my practice, using traditional psychiatric medications, as well as non-pharmacological or complementary treatment modalities. I offer a safe, non-judgmental place for my patients to be themselves and receive the support they need.
