I believe in treating people like human beings and looking at the whole picture. Often patients who use substances are self medicating another problem. I would like to help them get to the root of that problem. So many providers only look at one problem while ignoring the rest. I fiercely believe in patient centered care. I am the owner of Henrietta Psychiatric NP Care. We now have five NPs and three therapists. This enables us to offer "one stop shopping" with medication management and therapy in the same office. We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy. We offer a variety of injections such as Vivitrol, Sublocade, Brixadi, and LAIs.
Most patients I meet have never met a provider who cared about them as a whole person. We won't treat you as a number and we will actually listen to you.
