I’m Laura Adams, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with Frontier Psychiatry, specializing in evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. My journey in mental health began as a therapist, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges that many individuals face in accessing psychiatric care.
This experience drove me to return to school and earn a second master’s degree from Seattle University in 2016, allowing me to provide both therapy-informed psychiatric care and medication management. I have lived and worked in Idaho, Montana, and Alaska, and I understand the importance of accessible, patient-centered mental health care.
