I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, and life’s many challenges. Before I think about a diagnosis, I want to understand who you are, what you’ve been through, and what matters most to you. My first priority is listening, not labeling. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your goals and supports your journey toward healing. My hope is that you leave every visit feeling heard, respected, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
