I am currently accepting new patients. I treat ages 8+ with a combination of medication management and therapy, specializing in ADHD, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, disordered eating, insomnia, grief, loss, PTSD, self harm, school and self esteem issues, and trauma. Using a trauma focused approach, I will help you to regain your sense of well-being and peace. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all framework to care and prefer to apply an approach that understands the uniqueness and differences between each body and mind. We will work to identlfy the root of the concern, and we will create a treatment plan together.
I truly feel that the relationship between client and provider is at the center of a successful healing journey. I promise to be present with you, listen to you without judgment, and care for you. Together, I hope to create a healing plan that focuses on your strengths, resiliency, and hope for the future.
I emphasize consistent collaboration with the patient, at the beginning of care planning and throughout the process, to make sure the goals and treatment plan align. My aim is to instill hope and empowerment, and be a guide on a path to healing where you are equipped to reframe negative thinking into positive affirmations and behaviors.
