I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. My approach to mental health care is holistic and tries to address the well-being of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects that make up every person. I have a strong understanding of personality psychology, temperaments, and attachment styles, and understand how these impact relationships and interactions. My approach is to develop a treatment plan together with the patient. Although I am a prescriber, medications are like a band-aid while other issues are being addressed at their core.
I have experience working with a wide variety of adults with various conditions, including depression, anxiety, sleep issues, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and panic attacks.
