I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and additional training in thoughtfully prescribing medications during this time. I also work with college students and professionals navigating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, and life transitions.
My approach integrates psychotherapy and medication management, with an emphasis on insight-oriented (psychodynamic) therapy. This means we focus on symptom relief and we work to understand the patterns in your relationships, your emotional responses, and past experiences that continue to shape how you feel today.
