I became a psychiatrist out of my desire to help others experience themselves and their lives more fully and deeply. I have found in my work over the years that my client's success in treatment comes from providing a holistic client-centered approach, offering them a self-reflective space that facilitates a deeper understanding of themselves. I do this by not only working on symptom reduction, but also truly understanding each client individually based on their backgrounds, experiences, and goals. This then allows me to help facilitate their development of their own agency rooted in empowerment and their own intrinsic strengths.
I am a board-certified psychiatrist with a Certification in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Psychoanalytic Association of New York at NYU. I have experience working with complex patients both medically and psychiatrically, patients who have ADHD, anxiety, and depression; as well as with patients with extensive trauma in childhood and adulthood.
If you are interested in hearing more about what I have to offer, I can provide a free 15 minute consultation call. To schedule a consultation please contact me through the icons on this page.
