Hello! I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with prescriptive authority. Services I provide include conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults living with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma sequelae. My particular interests include LGBTQIA+ mental health and perinatal mental health. I received specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and psychopharmacology through Postpartum Support International to work with individuals experiencing perinatal anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
I have a passion for patient advocacy, social justice, providing inclusive care, and promoting patient empowerment. I believe in using a patient-centered treatment approach that takes into consideration the mind-body connection and multifactorial nature of wellness. I am conservative in my prescribing practices and can also provide lifestyle recommendations.
