I am dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) so I understand how physical and mental health overlap and influence each other at all ages and stages of life. I lead with compassion and understand the importance of active listening. This creates a judgement-free space where healing can happen.
My approach focuses on: mental, physical, spiritual, and social health. Some things offered at my clinic include medication management, psychotherapy, nutritional optimization with body composition reporting, brain health assessments and biofeedback, and complimentary/alternative medicine recommendations which includes sound, art and sand tray therapies.
