My name is LaChaya (pronounced Luh-KY-uh), and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I specialize in stress management, anxious and depressive disorders, ADHD medication management, and adjustment difficulties for working adults with various, diverse backgrounds. As a practitioner rooted in faith, I believe we are closer to wellness when mind, body, & spirit are aligned. My approach is integrative and holistic with a solution-based coaching style. While I can prescribe medication, we can also discuss complementary or alternative solutions. I work with you to find the root causes of symptoms to get lasting results.
My average clients are adults of working age who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, mood, and/or work-life balance.
