Dr. Galati is Board eligible in Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at PRISMa Health Midlands. He has practiced and trained in various settings over his career including a variety of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. He has f experience providing patients with compassionate psychiatric care through pharmacotherapy and treating patients with a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. He uses pharmacotherapy along with psychodynamic and supportive forms of therapy accompanying medication management.
He also has multiple years of experience working with college athletes in sports medicine. During his undergraduate career at Florida State University. Dr. Galati received his degree in Human Sciences and Athletic Training. During that time he worked with a variety of college and high school athletes including men’s and women’s sports.
During residency he also had the experience of treating mental illness in a University setting. The philosophy of his practice is to collaborate with patients to meet their specific needs to make an impact in various stages of their life.
