I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and graduated from the University of Utah's Doctor of Nursing Practice program in 2024. My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatric nursing across the lifespan, urgent care nursing, and working with both adolescent and adult patients.
My approach emphasizes evidence-based treatment and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I believe in developing individualized, client-centered treatment plans that may include both therapy and medication management to best support each person's unique needs.
Some of my clinical interests include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-informed care, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. My goal is to create a supportive, welcoming, and safe environment where clients can work toward their mental health and personal goals.
