Welcome! I am Kristy Eagles, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with advanced training in functional psychiatry and a Master's in Counseling Psychology. I am the founder of Kristy Eagles Wellness, a healing-centered mental health practice offering compassionate, evidence-based care that honors the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to guide people toward lasting healing, resilience, and optimal mental wellness - not just symptom relief, but true restoration of balance and quality of life.
My care approach is integrative where I seek the root cause and consider medication, supplements, psychotherapy, and other healing modalities. I regularly attend to limbic system dysfunction, biochemical imbalances, nutritional concerns, and toxicities.
My practice is intentionally small so I can focus deeply on each person. This approach allows me to spend more time on careful evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.
