About
Limited new patient appointments available. Finding the right match, the one person you feel like you can truly trust to tell your story to is one of the biggest challenges in finding someone to help you. Today, I accept this challenge. My name is Kristina Moss and I am proud to have been trained locally at the University of Rochester. I have over 17 years of experience with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including the hospital, outpatient clinics and private practice.
As a nurse practitioner I offer therapeutic interventions using evidence based practice, drawing on the biopsychosocial approach to wellness. Simply my approach to helping you is to evaluate and understand the interactions of three factors, the biological (genetic), psychological (mood) and social (cultural, familial )and how they affect your wellbeing.
Using traditional and complementary approaches, I promise to help you understand how the body, the mind and social factors influence your health. Central to this approach is recognizing that relationships are essential to providing good healthcare, helping you feel like you can "tell your story" therefore heading to wellness.
