I am working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma-related symptoms, adjustment disorders, sleep difficulties, ADHD, psychosis or other mental health concerns that are affecting their daily functioning, relationships, work, or overall quality of life. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My approach combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and individualized treatment planning. I also have extensive experience in acute care and crisis stabilization.
