I have experience and provide compassionate, individualized care to those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia/other psychotic disorders, chemical dependency and addictions, and many other spectrums of mental health disorders. In our appointments, I work closely with my clients to come up with an individualized plan that serves not only their mental health needs but also their overall wellness. I take pride in involving my patients with their overall treatment plan, goals, and strategies as well as providing an integral part of psychoeducation for optimal patient care.
