I understand the hesitation that many feel regarding medication, and I will partner with these clients to explore options and give ethical medication recommendations when clinically indicated. In addition to traditional psychiatric assessment and diagnoses, I also incorporate lifestyle assessments and provide solution-focused psychotherapy for support.
As a nurse of 10+ years, I have had the privilege of working in many diverse settings, which has deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions. I do believe that we can all heal and move forward towards peace and fulfillment, and reaching out is the first step in this journey.
