I am privileged to provide care to patients across the lifespan and intersections of identity with a primary focus on those 14 years of age and up. Through in-person and virtual appointments in an outpatient setting, I treat various mental health conditions and emotional challenges with a clinical focus on depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and other mood disorders.
As every patient is unique, so are their treatment plans. By incorporating psychotropic medication, lifestyle modification, psychotherapy, cognitive reframing, coping skills development, and nutrition recommendations; as well as referrals to specialists, patient goals can be achieved.
It is my goal to advocate for patients and to manage their treatment with understanding, compassion, and attention to holistic care. I will help you explore the underlying causes of symptoms and if medication is right for you, together we can develop a tailored treatment plan that will help you set and reach your treatment goals.
