Hello! I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to holistic, accessible, virtual treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma. I have worked in healthcare for 17 years - first in international humanitarian aid, then as a nurse, public health practitioner, certified nurse-midwife and now mental health provider. I love working with clients who are curious about integrative mental health and want to address symptoms through nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle, psychotherapy and when indicated, prescription medication management.
I am also able to work closely with clients who are interested in deprescribing of medications. I am licensed as a nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority in both Wisconsin (APNP) and Pennsylvania (CRNP) and see clients living in either state.
