Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a noninvasive, non-medication treatment option for MDD, OCD and anxious depression. It is FDA approved and covered by most insurance plans. Esketamine is a nasal spray treatment that FDA approved for adults with treatment resistance depression and is also covered by many insurance plans.
