About
I trained at the University of Maryland Medical Center and Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Baltimore and Towson. I am currently accepting new patients for psychotherapy and/or medication management throughout Maryland. I offer telehealth services that make appointments convenient & easy to attend.
My philosophy for treatment is a collaborative, whole body, holistic approach to health and care. In addition to being a psychiatrist, I am a registered yoga instructor. I combine yogic philosophy and mindfulness into sessions to promote relaxation and centeredness. Additionally, I specialize in the Gut-Brain connection for improved health and treatment.
I am an approachable, down to earth physician who understands that one of the most important things in a therapeutic relationship is trust. Finding a place where you feel comfortable to discuss challenges in life and feel the security to reflect and make changes is central to therapy and medical care.
