My job is to help you find what you need to be the best version of yourself. In my practice, I offer both medications and therapy (together or separately) to best fit your needs and goals. You might enjoy working with me if you want to prioritize both the physiological and emotional aspects of your mental health, and would like to use a combined approach to fit your evolving symptoms and priorities over time. If you already have a great therapist, I will work alongside them to add support. I strive to create a comfortable space where you can move at your own pace and play an active, empowered role in your own mental health care.
I enjoy helping my clients manage mental health challenges while navigating life changes, such as adjusting to adulthood, college, faith transitions, marriage, breakups, career changes, moving, or having children. In therapy, I focus on the relationships you have with yourself and others to help you cultivate a strong self-image and live intentionally.
I have expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of mental health conditions, including specialized experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder and similar symptoms.
