I take a holistic approach, looking not only at symptoms but also at physical problems such as hormonal imbalances that can contribute to stress, depression, and more. I offer counselling and can prescribe medications where needed in the private office I've built in a peaceful section of rural Kentucky where my husband and I also keep horses.
