As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I will work with you to diagnose and explore solutions and medication management for conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, disordered eating, OCD, ADHD, ASD, dissociative disorders, substance use disorders, and other mental health challenges. I believe that there is depth and dimension in someone’s unique story, and I aim to consider a broader picture, and a fuller understanding of a person and their struggles as we collaborate to create an individual treatment plan.
With 15 years of wellness and social advocacy work, I offer a safe space for all, including largely marginalized in the medical system, such as; LGBTQIA+ communities. Once we know what the unique foundation your life is informed by, we can work to build an evidence-based treatment plan that supports and empowers your mental health.
During the initial visit, we will spend time discussing your psychological, emotional, and medical needs to determine a holistically informed treatment looking at multiple aspects of your life and health, such as, current medications, nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, and the health of your primary social relationships.
