About
Krishawnda’s aim is to help adults and children develop tools and skills that create a mental foundation that is more able to withstand the twists and turns that life may bring. This can be achieved through therapy, exercise, changes in diet, and/or medication. Change does not happen overnight and Krishawnda desires to help you through your healing journey, no matter the length of the journey.
Krishawnda has worked in psychiatry since 2011, first as a registered nurse and now as an APRN. Her speciality is in child psychiatry. She recognizes that medication is not the answer for every patient. Therapy and lifestyle changes can greatly impact ones mental health as well. Krishawnda can give guidance on the treatment plan that best fits you.
Krishawnda can provide consistent follow up care, which is necessary for mental health care. To expect overnight change and results is unrealistic, and Krishawnda will be there to support and guide you through your healing journey.
