Depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD can make life feel like an uphill climb. Combined with the uncertain times we are living in, things can quickly become overwhelming. Together we will develop a treatment plan that builds on your strengths and takes into consideration the many biopsychosocial factors that may be affecting you.

I especially love working with patients with bipolar spectrum disorders and/or ADHD, but am experienced with an array of mood and anxiety disorders. My style is honest, caring, and collaborative. A holistic treatment approach is always better, so medication management appointments may also include behavioral, lifestyle, and therapy interventions.

This office is a healing space for people of all faiths, colors, genders, and sexual orientations. We will work together to identify biological, behavioral, and social factors contributing to how you are feeling and make a plan to get you on track. I look forward to meeting you!

I provide medication management, but I don't believe 15min "med checks" are best practice. Most appointments will also involve some therapy. I especially love the simplicity and versatility of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you need more frequent or a specific type of therapy, my role will be to support and reinforce the work you do with your regular therapist.
