My goal as a psychiatrist is to partner with you to help you achieve balance and resilience. I have found that the science of medicine and the art of psychotherapy can be wonderfully effective tools to help people heal and move forward. I am also very comfortable working with supplements (such certain herbs, vitamins and minerals), mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and exercise, and also can provide neurostimulation consultation and techniques, when necessary.

I work hard to be diligent and thorough to provide comprehensive care. I am interested in your day-to-day experiences & background, your family, community, culture, and identity, all of which enhances my ability to be an empathic and effective doctor.

In addition to focusing on general psychiatry for both men and women, I am one of the few trained psychiatrists in the LA area sub-specializing in the treatment of psychiatric conditions during pregnancy, the postpartum, and the peri-menopausal years.
