Dr. Kira Posterarois double board-certified in General and Addiction Psychiatry and has over 10 years of clinical practice experience. She completed residency training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, followed by a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY.
Her career has included serving as Director of Psychiatric Services at an addiction treatment center in Pittsburgh, PA, as well as Section Chief Psychiatrist for Addiction Services and then Chief of Psychiatry at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, where she had the honor of caring for our nation’s Veterans for nearly 9 years.
