Many folks come to me feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or sensing that something is getting in the way of the life they want. I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist providing medication management with integrated psychotherapy to adults in the Greensboro & Piedmont Triad region. I treat mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma and dissociation, perinatal mental health concerns, and challenges related to grief, loss, and identity. In addition to medications, I offer TMS and esketamine.
